We hope you understand that there are no two identical trees. This is the reason for no identical Prosawood products. The product photos used on the website are illustrative and may differ from screen to screen.

Privacy

All of your data is considered to be confidential. Prosawood will gather information about you, if you make your first purchase, join the newsletter or fill out some form on our website.

The gathered data is used for carrying out the transaction and/or sending out e-mails connected to Prosawood. We issue your data to third parties only if it is necessary for the arrival of the merchandise or if law so mandates.

Cookies make it possible for a web page to recognize the user’s computer. Besides that, it will help remember info about your visit – e.g. the preferred language or pre-filled shopping basket. Making and order via Prosawood’s online shop

Prosawood’s online shop offers the possibility to make orders 24/7. In order to submit an order, you need to choose the suitable product and it to your shopping basket. You will need to follow the directions that appear on your screen. In order to finalize the order, you will need to check the contents of your order from the shopping basket, designate a country and a payment method for going making the payment.

In order to finalize the order, you will need to fill out your contact info, choose a payment method and submit the order. After the submission of the order, we will send you a confirmation about this onto your e-mail. This mail will include your contact and shipment details and the contents of your order.

In case of additional questions, every product has a form which allows to ask additional questions. Furthermore, it is possible to find our contact data from the bottom of the website.

Payments

After the submission of the order and making a payment for it, the online shop will generate an automatic order confirmation. The order will be handled after the necessary sum arrives on our bank account.

The payment can be made via the shopping basket, using the method you most like. Currently it is possible to make payments via the bank links of Swedbank and SEB, via Paypal or if coming to get the order yourself, it is also possible to pay in cash. If making the payment, please pay attention to the instructions on your screen.

Shipping to Estonia

If making an order of 50€ or more, the shipping is FREE!

For orders under 50€, the shipment cost of 2€ will be added to the price of the order. For making shipments, we mainly use the services of Smartpost and Omniva. You can make the right choice via the shopping basket.

After the arrival of the payment confirmation, we will send the product out during 5 work days. If you have ordered an engraving to your product, then the shipment may take a little longer. A slightly longer time of shipment should be taken into account in the case of eyeglasses as well, because the glasses that fit you will need to be prepared based on a special order.

The shipment time of products depends on our workload and the availability of merchandise, which differs from time to time. The individual time of shipment for every product can be seen via the shopping basket, before making the purchase.

Prosawood is responsible for the merchandise until it has been given over to our logistics’ partner. We do not take responsibility for any delays in the shipment, this is due to circumstances that Prosawood could not have foreseen or affected.

International shipping

If making an order of 50€ or more, the shipping is FREE!

After the payment has confirmed, we will send the product during 5 workdays. If you also ordered an engraving to the product, then shipment will take slightly longer. Besides that, you should also expect a little longer shipment time for eyeglasses, because the glasses are prepared for you based on a special order.

International orders will likely arrive during 7-20 workdays since the order was made.

The shipment times of products varies from time to time due to our workload and the availability of the merchandise. It is possible to see the individual time of shipment for every product from your shopping basket, before finishing the order.

In order to keep an eye on the movement of your shipment, its’ number has to be entered via the homepage of Omniva, www.omniva.ee. The refreshed data may only appear on the Omniva website after a couple of days.

Customs & Taxes

There are no customs or other taxes for shipments inside the European Union. Outside the European Union, some taxes may accrue, for which Prosawood is not responsible and the client is responsible for. Because taxes are enforced by the local customs’ office, the taxes differ from country to country and can thus not be foreseen by us.

The Returning of a Product

Unused products bought from the home page of Prosawood can be returned during 14 days since the product was received. While returning a product, keep in mind:

• The product has to be unused and in the original package.
• The product has to be returned during 14 days since having gotten it.
• The costs for returning the product will be covered by the buyer of the product.
• In order to exchange the product for something else or for getting online shop credit, write to me: orders@prosawoodshop.com
• It is not possible to return products that have been personalized for you (for example a watch/glasses with engravings)

Guarantee

Prosawood’s products have a two-year guarantee since the date of purchase. The guarantee applies to all defects due to the manufacturer. If the product or some other part does not work as should be, due to a flaw, then we will repair it or replace it for free!

The guarantee is not valid for injuries due to a product’s natural wear or wrong usage. Examples of this are scratches, broken glass, empty battery, worn-out wristwatch etc. The presumption for a guarantee has to be the existence of a purchase receipt
